Great News!
We received planning permission for three fabulous projects last week.
Two were previously refused or withdrawn and brought to us for redesign and submission for a successful outcome, and one a tricky site that required careful consideration in planning and an innovative construction method.
The first is approval for the construction of two new dwellings as part of a plot division in the countryside in Chichester.
The second is to extend into the roof space to provide a master suite to an existing property in Gosport
The third is for a single-storey extension on a tight site using SIPS technology in Portsmouth.
We look forward to continuing working with our clients on these exciting projects, time to start the delivery stages.
