We are excited to announce that this week we received planning permission for four studio apartments in Southampton city centre on an underutilised site.
After a long and complex planning journey, we demonstrated the opportunity the site represented to contribute to the much-needed housing supply. The units are designed to meet the needs of young professionals living and working in the city centre helping to support the local economy.
The building has sustainability at its heart. The design makes use of a fabric first approach supported by renewable energy technologies both in terms of primary delivered and on-site generated supplies.
The scheme is located within the city centre creating the opportunity to further improve the lifecycle carbon of the building occupants as part of their everyday lives.
We are looking forward to progressing on to the delivery stages, through to project handover.
