Planning Approved Lee on the Solent

Following on from the success of obtaining planning permission to convert an existing commercial premises into a Craft Tap Room with Two Bedroom Unit.

We have obtained planning permission to replace the unsympathetic metal shopfront with a joinery made unit in Lee on the Solent conservation area. The shopfront whilst not as the original in the early 1900s blends the needs of the incoming tenant with the aspiration of the conservation officer to deliver a suitable design that had no resistance in planning.

The project is due for completion towards the end of 2023, work has commenced on site recently. PORTER ROBSON are proud to be supporting a high street that is fortunate to be seeing a number of new businesses opening.
